Barriers to Business Success
How to tap into your natural confidence.

Have you ever wondered why some people are able to ask for referrals day after day, despite the many rejections they face? How do they quickly move with great energy to the next prospect?

Would you like to have that kind of confidence?

You can have it.  I can say that because for 24 years I've helped people achieve their dreams -- dreams to build more successful businesses, dreams to live fearlessly, dreams to become better parents and human beings. I believe all of us are born with confidence-it may simply need to be reawakened.

In your youth, for example, you acted repeatedly even if you failed. When you were learning to walk, you fell many times. But you also kept getting up to try again. Eventually, you succeeded at walking.

When you were learning to speak, often no one could understand what you were saying. But that didn't keep you from trying anyway. Eventually, you learned which sounds got you what you wanted and which sounds received no response.

You learned to speak and walk because you had not yet learned a single limiting belief.

You had not learned to say, "I can't ...."  You had not yet formed beliefs like "mistakes and failure are bad" or "I'm not good enough" or "making money is a struggle." Not yet.

And you had not been conditioned to fear failure, criticism, or rejection.

These barriers to success were not yet a part of your vocabulary. You wouldn't learn them for many years. But when you did learn them, they seemed to be a part of your very being. Your limiting beliefs became your reality.

It is this false "reality" that stole your natural confidence from you.

And by unlearning these limiting beliefs and conditioned emotions you regain your natural confidence.

Natural Confidence Recovered

Frumi Barr's story is one example of how this works:

When I met Frumi at a workshop, she told me she was afraid to introduce herself in groups--even if there were only a few people present.

Frumi wanted to be a successful executive coach, work with groups, give her own workshops, and write a book, but her lack of confidence held her back. I told her it was all possible; all she had to do was purge her limiting beliefs.

She was doubtful that anything would work.

Eventually, I was able to convince Frumi to try the methods found in my "Natural Confidence" program. In less than a week, she stated: "I gave a three-hour class at Cal State Long Beach and felt no fear at all."

Why? Because the beliefs and conditionings that were stealing her natural confidence had been obliterated.

After this, Frumi started presenting group workshops regularly. She even completed her book called "Confessions of a Resilient Entrepreneur." Several years later, she speaks in public and on the radio-she is brimming with confidence.

So the program works - even if you're skeptical, like Frumi was.

[...] March 4th, 2009 As you may know, I am the Education Coordinator for a Business Network International (BNI) chapter, and I receive an email with articles on the BNI SuccessNet periodically to share with my chapter in our weekly meetings.  I really liked the article that was on the site today.  In this market, people are questioning themselves because the control we all thought we had appears to be gone and we are trying to roll with the waves and come out swimming on top instead of being pushed under the water.   It all has to do with confidence.  Not being cocky and flying in the face of things we can’t change, but having confidence in who we are and going forward with a passion for what we believe in.  So please take a few moments to read the article in the link below.  Then think about who you are and what you want to accomplish today, tomorrow, and after all the turmoil has passed.  We all have the ability to pick ourselves up after getting bruised and banged around and we can figure out how to avoid more falls and bruises by listening to our true self.  Confidence comes from within by ignoring the voices that make you doubt yourself.    http://successnet.czcommunity.com/to-the-next-level/barriers-to-business-success/1992/ [...]
