The Secret Weapon to Closed Business
A BNI region experiences huge success after they returned to the fundamentals.

Our region developed a formula to help our chapters focus on success: 50+10+1=61. Fifty members bringing ten referrals per member per month and bringing one visitor per member per month equals $6,100 in closed business per member per month.
But we decided to try something different. After hearing the success stories from other chapters in the country, we introduced the Fast Track program to the first chapter in our region, the BNI Millionaire Makers, to see how it could impact our chapters.
The Millionaire Makers were passing an average of $65,000 per month before the Fast Tracker program was introduced. After they started on the Fast Track, the chapter increased their Thank You dollars by 50 percent. Not only did it increase the closed business, it also increased the quality of the referrals being passed and made significant changes in the members. After the BNI Millionaire Makers, the Fast Track program was rolled out in the BNI Tidal Revenue chapter. True to Fast Track form, they saw phenomenal results! The chapter was passing an average of $65,000 per month before the program, and halfway through the program the chapter passed $216,000 for the month – 300 percent increase in revenues! And it doesn’t stop there: the chapter finished the program almost six months ago and is still passing well above the $100,000 mark every month!
Since then, we’ve had several other chapters go through the Fast Track program - BNI Outlook to Success, BNI Success Masters, BNI Winning Edge, BNI Capital Group - and all of them are showing an average increase in Thank You dollars reported, from 30 percent to 50 percent.
Fast Track is our new “secret weapon” to help chapters in our region achieve $6,100 in closed business per member per month!
