When we decided to implement Fast Track we needed a higher level of commitment from the group. While our core group is strong, in order for it to grow we knew we needed to do something different. Fast Track was our catalyst. Fast Track program puts a premium on committing to the BNI process as well as accountability to each other. Fast Track has moved our chapter forward in ways that just wouldn’t have happened otherwise. Now, meetings are charged with energy. Instead of sitting in their chairs before the meeting starts, members network and talk about business more than the football game. We have hard results to show for our work as you can see in the chart below. Visitors, 1-to-1s and booked business – all up. In fact, we have done so many 1-to-1s that now when we sit down with each other we have real strategy meetings about how to refer business to each other. ![]() The bottom line is that we have seen an increase in closed business of $80,079 in only 15 weeks of Fast Track.
