When I became the director of the Brentwood chapter in Brentwood, TN, they had 13 members.   They hadn’t had any visitors in two months, and members were frequently absent. They knew they needed to do something, so I asked them if they wanted to implement the Fast Track program. They all said yes. The results were amazing.

Each member got their BNI Networking Secrets CD set, listened to them, and passed the test. On the first day of the Networking Curriculum they had PERFECT attendance and four visitors.  They set their goals; had a great discussion on Visibility, Credibility, and Profitability; and are now very excited.

The goals they set, which will be tracked over the 13 week curriculum, are:

• Perfect attendance each week


• 25 members by end of the 13 weeks (they are at 13 members now)


• Minimum of two 1-to-1s per month per member using the GAINS profile


• Eight to ten visitors each month


• Use of Power Teams the correct way (using the Power Team agenda)


• Find a bigger meeting space.

They had no direction from me on their goals. I am very proud of their efforts—and excited for the big payoff.
